Introduction
This idea started while I was preparing and studying for the German Medical
Equivalency Exam in 2019.
I have been studying from many sources, namely “Amboss, 150 Fälle in Innere
and 140 Fälle in Chirurgie”, other than the constant access to questions and
exam forms in different states of Germany. Then I decided to collect all of this in
one source; therefore, I used to read the same topic from multiple resources,
and then write down what I find important, relevant, or a must to be known -for
every topic- with my handwriting.
After passing the exam, I reached out for Arabian doctors’ help from Algeria,
Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Sudan, Palestine, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan; to rewrite
the papers, I wrote in my handwriting in word file format.
Their enormous support as colleagues was recognized in their enthusiasm
starting this project, and with every topic finished, they sent to me for re￾reading, updating, and correcting what was relevant.
Then came the role of the diligent colleague Dr. Hanan Mustafa, where she
reformulated everything that was written in a way that increased the
presentation of the illustrations, the addition of the anatomical and physiological
part, the addition of some topics, as well as the way of presenting and the form
of speech in the way we wanted, but she surprised us by bringing out the topic

A great effort was exerted for months by all colleagues to produce this work,
hoping to publish this book in the most straightforward language, the most
effortless presentation, and in a comprehensive enrichment.
The book is almost 700 pages; at first glance, you will be overwhelmed by its
size, or that it is difficult to get acquainted within a short time, yet this is a false
feeling, please bear with me for an explanation.
One-third of the book is pictures and illustrations, and with large spaces at the
rest of pages, as to avoid overcrowdedness; furthermore, it contains no more
than necessary, only important entries and relevant information, and you will be
able to read and study it in a few minutes.
